Deliverables are the specific outputs or results that complete a milestone. They give you and your client a clear definition of "done."
How to add deliverables
- Open a project
- Go to Milestones
- Select a milestone
- Click Add Deliverable
- Describe the deliverable and set a due date
Tracking progress
- Deliverables show as pending until marked complete
- Clients can approve individual deliverables
- Completed deliverables unlock milestone payment
Business Tip: Break large milestones into smaller deliverables. It makes progress visible and reduces disputes.
